Open Question: Mature game tax? Really?

Why would someone believe that video games have anything to do with bullying? Here's the story: Representative Fourkiller (D) of Oklahoma, in an uninformed and possibly unconstitutional attempt to link bullying and violence to video games, has introduced a bill which would tax mature games with a 1% "violence' tax. This is a dangerous precedent that unfairly targets video games and attaches to them the stigma of violence and bullying for which there is no provable link. Please sign this petition to let Representative Fourkiller know that video games do not cause bullying, and that video games are constitutionally protected speech.
